Farm Winery Renovation Starting Monday, January 8th, our farm winery, located at 251 Peach Tree Road in Orrtanna, will be closed Monday through Friday to begin an exciting makeover – that’s right, we are giving our Orrtanna tasting room some major upgrades! “We believe that wine is an experience, and while taste and aroma play a large part in what creates that experience, so does the visual aesthetic from where you are enjoying the wine,” says Vaughn Crouse, business development coordinator. “We have recently updated our brand to reflect a more fun, bright, and approachable wine, and we are now working on aligning our tasting room with that brand as.
Servings: 4 Ingredients: Wheel of brie cheese cup of cherries 1/2 bottle of Cherese Masquerade Crackers Optional: Pine nuts Walnuts Dried cranberries Directions: Wash and pit cherries, then cut them all in half. Soak cherries in Cherese Masquerade for 30 – 45 minutes to let wine infuse. Cut rind off brie. Set oven for 350 degrees and bake brie for 10 minutes. Spoon wine-soaked cherries onto the gooey cheese and drizzle with wine. Top with walnuts, pine nuts, and dried cranberries if you want! Serve with crackers. Enjoy!

Holiday Family Outreach Bake Sale We will be hosting the non-profit organization Holiday Family Outreach for a bake sale during this sweet evening. This will be our 6th year working with this organization to help bring holiday joy to Adams County.

This event is a free event that will run from noon until 5 pm in the heated winery pavilion. This will be a one-stop shop for all your holiday shopping! Grab a panini from our gourmet food truck and shop our vendors while enjoying a glass of wine and listening to Christmas carolers. View event.
Ingredients: 1 cup of Entwine’d red wine 2 cups Hot chocolate mix 3 cups Hot water Chocolate shavings Mini Marshmallows or whipped cream Directions: In a medium pot or kettle, boil 3 cups water. In another pot, warm up a cup of Entwine’d wine, but do not boil. Once water is boiling and wine is warmed, pour water into large pitcher and add hot chocolate mix, and warmed wine. Top with mini marshmallows (or whipped cream), and serve with chocolate shavings as a garnish. Enjoy!
Servings: 4 Ingredients: 1 bottle Dancing Pumpkin wine 1 mulling spice bag 1 tablespoon imitation vanilla extract ½ tablespoon brown sugar Cinnamon sticks Directions: Combine first four ingredients into a crock pot and heat on low until warm, stirring occasionally. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Garnish with cinnamon stick and enjoy!
Servings: 4 Ingredients: 1 bottle Scrapple wine 1 mulling spice bag 1 tablespoon imitation vanilla extract ½ tablespoon brown sugar Cinnamon sticks Apple Slices Directions: Combine ingredients except brown sugar into a crock pot and heat on low until warm, stirring occasionally. Then add the brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Add apple slices if desired. Garnish with cinnamon stick and enjoy!
Servings: 2-4 Ingredients: 1/4 cup pumpkin puree 1/4 tbsp pumpkin spice 1/2 cup white chocolate chips 2 1/2 cup whole milk 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 cup Dancing Pumpkin wine Directions: In a small to medium sauce pan over medium heat, combine chocolate chips, whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree and whisk until blended and creamy. If it’s thicker than you’d like, add another 1/4 cup of whole milk to thin it out a bit. Pour a bit of wine into each mug and top with warm hot chocolate mixture. Mix gently. Top with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy this creamy fall treat!
