Full Time and Part-Time Tasting Room Sales Associates

Adams County Winery is seeking friendly and motivated customer-oriented people to work in our tasting room. All positions require the ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods. Tasting Room Sales Associates must be at least 21 years old. Tasting Room staff greet customers, provide information, listen, smile, pour wine samples for customers, operate the cash register, give tours and do whatever it takes to give customers an outstanding winery experience. Must be willing to learn and be able to adapt to new situations. Weekend work is required.

Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a responsible, experienced marketer to conduct all promotional activities for the business. The successful candidate will develop plans and programs to obtain new business, will promote to current customer base, and will promote all activities in a timely manner. Desired success traits include initiative, creativity, responsibility and practical experience with Excel, Power Point, Word, Graphics packages, and Microsoft outlook. Candidate must be experienced in analyzing events and promotions, and reporting them coherently to owners.

Full Time Assistant Tasting Room Manager

We are seeking assistant tasting room managers. This is a full-time salaried position. Incumbent must have experience in supervising and directing the activities of people, accounting for money and property, interfacing with guests, analyzing sales, enforcing appearance and performance standards, and other critical tasks.
