Adams County Winery Wine Dinner at the Farnsworth House

Come to the Farnsworth House for a four-course Wine Dinner with Adams County Winery wines in the Meade and Lee Dining Rooms! Sit down to enjoy some of their Chef’s Specialties and sample some of Adams County’s best local wines! A staff member from Adams County Winery will be present to describe the wine to you, offer samples, and answer any questions that you may have! You won’t want to miss this dinner!
January 20th – 5 pm – 7 pm
1st Course – New England Clam Chowder
Tears of Gettysburg – A sweet white wine which features a smooth union of Vidal, Seyval and Niagara.
2nd Course – Bacon and Bleu Salad
Rebel Red – A sweet Concord and Niagara blend with a taste that resembles a freshly picked grape.
3rd Course – Farnsworth Pasta
Turning Point – A smooth, dry red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Chambourcin aged with American oak.
4th Course – Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding
Entwine’d Hot Chocolate – Red wine and chocolate mixed with hot chocolate and a hint of vanilla.
