All wine orders are sent by UPS
Ground. UPS indicates that it might take
as long as 7-10 days to receive
your order; however, we are finding
shipments are being delivered much more
quickly this time of year.
Charges for delivery are based on only what we are charged by UPS plus
the boxes and extras required for the shipment of alcohol. They are as
follows:
PA, MD, OH, VA: All other states
1-2 bottles $24 $30

UPS picks up at the Winery on Monday thru Friday. They deliver to business addresses on Monday thru Friday, between 9 am - 5 pm. They deliver to residential addresses on Monday thru Friday, from 9 am - 7 pm. If you order more than 24 bottles of wine, we will contact you with the shipping costs. You must be 21 years of age to place an order, and an adult (21+) signature is required upon delivery.
We can ship to you if you live in PA, MD, OH, VA, and many other states. If for some reason we cannot ship to you in another state, or if you are required to obtain a permit before we can ship to your state, we will contact you. No charge is made to your credit card until we confirm we can ship to your state. All deliveries require an adult's signature upon receipt.
YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ORDER WINE!
We recommend you have your order shipped to a business address if you are not home during the day to sign for your wine. The shipper will require the signature of an adult 21 or older before they will leave your wine. They will bring the wine to your home address only a limited number of times (usually three) before they return it to us.
If you change your delivery address after the first attempt by UPS, we will charge a $10 fee to the credit card provided for your order.
DISCOUNTS: There is a 10%
discount on the wine purchase price for 12 or more bottles. Purchases of 24 or
more receive an even larger discount. The discount will not show when you order,
but we will apply the appropriate discount before your credit card is
charged. Your credit card is not charged until your order comes to the winery
and we personally input your information. Members of our Vintners Club will
receive the appropriate discount before their credit card is processed.

criminal prosecution and civil liability. Violators may be charged federally
with wire and credit card fraud, and under multiple state laws prohibiting the
attempted purchase or possession of alcohol by minors. Penalties include
