Wine Crystals: Wine crystals are harmless, odorless, tasteless by-products of the wine industry used to make cream of tartar. They are sometimes seen clinging to the cork or settling in the bottom of the bottle, often a result of the wine being kept in a refrigerator. Because we don’t use a lot of processing at the winery, you’ll sometimes see this in some of our wines.
