Adams County Winery Plans Twisted Thicket Wine Release to Kick Off the Pour Tour

Adams County Winery is bringing back one of its most requested wines, Twisted Thicket, to celebrate the kick-off of the Adams County Pour Tour.

Destination Gettysburg has announced that starting on May 11th, the Adams County Pour Tour will provide visitors with a self-guided journey through the assortment of craft beverages offered in Adams County, Pennsylvania. Two of the stops that guests will find on their free passport are Adams County Winery locations. Both the Farm Winery in Orrtanna and the Wine Shop at 25C in downtown Gettysburg will participate in the new program that will showcase the many tastes of the local craft beverage industry.

“The Pour Tour is going to bring all of the unique tastes of the county together with the passport and trail map. Not only will visitors get to experience a wide variety of beverages at their leisure, but they’ll also get to see the beauty of the area. Driving through Adams County, especially this time of the year, is a wonderful experience.” said Melissa Brown, Director of Public Relations at Adams County Winery.

Twisted Thicket was released to the public in early December of 2017 and quickly sold out. The sweet blend of Concord, Niagara and blackberries will be available at all locations on May 11th, but only the Farm Winery and the Wine Shop at 25C will participate in the Pour Tour program.

Pick up your free passport and trail map at any participating Pour Tour location or request one online and make sure to get it stamped at both Adams County Winery locations. Don’t forget to try Twisted Thicket while you’re there!
